He was asked, What is in your wallet, he answered, "I don't carry one.  I pretty much have a purse with pictures and money."

He says, "that he overuses the words Dude, Freak and Like."

Nate said, "The funniest thing that I did when I was a child is when I was learning about private parts and I asked my pastor if he had a 'male organ'."

The best advice he has been given is:  Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.  Prov. 3: 5-6

Nate was asked, "How did each of you make the band?"
He replied, "I came in second at a competition in Estes Park, Colorado.   Stacie Orrico got first. Mitchell Solarek, the manager for Plus One, was there and heard me sing. After the competition, he gave me his card and said, "Hey, I think you would be good for something I'm working on." That was the summer before
my senior year and the auditions for the group were the summer after my senior year. So there was a whole year of not really knowing what was going on. But it all came together. "

He was asked, Is it getting any harder to go out in public together or is it the same as it has always been?  He replied, "It's definitely not the same, but it's not necessarily hard either, we're not that known yet, but it's getting bigger. It's kind of fun."

  What keeps your faith strong?
" I think being dependent on God keeps it strong because you realize that's where your strength comes from and if you let it only come from there, then it makes it strong."

What kind of advice could you give someone thinking about music as a career?  "Be the best at what you do. Practice and take advantage of every opportunity to use your gift."
